Without fail, the heating and a/c business close to me has an annual Summer sale; during the summer, they are hoping to shed some of their outdated products, while at the same time, promote some of their current singles! The prices can be reduced up to half off, and with these prices, their heating plus air conditioning technology is flying off of the shelves… Especially since heating and cooling equipment can be so fancy, it’s no wonder why this sale is so popular.
I also got an email from the a/c business, because I am subscribed to them, and the email told me about the sale a week before it happened, so I had time to prepare… As soon as midnight struck, the sale was on and I was ready.
I purposely stayed up late that night to ensure that I would be the first, but since I was shopping online, who knows how many people I was competing with as well, and one of the first things I put in our car was a big pack of HEPA filters. Then I added a smart thermostat as well, and last I decided to add a heating plus air conditioning cover as well. When I went to check out, I was disappointed to get the notification that a single of their items was now out of stock, and it was the next thermostat I had chosen, that is how fast these things are flying off the shelves. I had to go with another model of thermostat, which was nice but wasn’t nearly as nice as the original one I picked out, and then I quickly bought everything before someone else could actually beat me to it.
