The A/C technician seemed capable

I contacted an A/C service supplier when I had concerns with the air conditioner.

I didn’t have any idea what was going on, but I knew the A/C component was running more frequently and not cooling as well.

I thought a general tune up might be able to help. I contacted the heating and A/C provider that normally performs service on our system, but the answering service took down all of our information and then someone called me later with a time for an appointment. I got an appointment on the same afternoon. The service worker was a young guy actually in his mid-twenties or early 30s! He seemed to be knowledgeable and capable! We talked for a few minutes about the heating and A/C plan before he got started. The guy was outside in the garage now working for a while. I heard a loud sound and I decided to walk out to the garage to see what happened. The heating and A/C worker told me that one of the parts from the A/C component fell on his head. I asked a guy if he was okay. The service tech appeared to be confused and a little disoriented. The guy told me that he was just fine, but I could tell that something wasn’t right. I felt he should rest down for a little while after getting hit on the head. The heating and A/C worker did not want to take a break to rest and relax and I was uneasy he was going to pass out in our garage. Thankfully, he finished the service and did not pass out.
