My current lease is up in about two months so I recently started looking for a new place to live.
I really like the current area that I live in so I thought I would look around here before I started looking elsewhere.
However, I haven’t had much luck lately. I have a very good friend that is a real estate agent who has been showing me apartments in my price range, but they have not been great places. It’s not my friends fault that the apartments haven’t been great, I think it’s my price range. Every single apartment that I have looked at doesn’t have central heating and cooling. Most of the houses have window air conditioner units, but I just don’t think that will work in the climate I live in. I think I would be alright if I didn’t have a heating system, but I would never survive the brutally hot summers without a central cooling system. I think that I am going to have to start looking in a different area because I am not finding a place that I would like to live in around here. So, I told my friend to start looking in different areas, but the only thing I really required was a central cooling system. I really hope that I can find a new apartment soon! I am getting nervous because my lease is coming up pretty quickly and I don’t want to be homeless or have to move back in with my parents.
