At the place where I am employed they are always making corporate decisions on things.
I am never included in these decisions because I am just a common worker and I’m not part of the management.
Recently, they went and made a decision to replace their old commercial heating and air conditioner component to a rooftop heating and air conditioning system. Because of them having such a serious change in their central heating and air conditioning, and because of all the heating and air conditioning repair that was about to take place they had to supply us all time off from work, however not that i’m complaining because it was with pay. But I didn’t realise how much construction was going to be needed to put in a rooftop heating and air conditioning system. I had thought that installing a rooftop heating and air conditioning unit was going to be really no different than your respected or commercial heating and air conditioner. But this was not the case here! Aside from getting a few days off from my job with full pay, it was kind of cool to learn a little about the process of the replacement of a rooftop heating and air conditioning system; It was all explained to us because of the unseen and unplanned holiday time. Their old commercial heating and air conditioner component was on its last leg, so that was why they made this decision on such short notice. Had there been time to plan it all out, they told us that they would have paid extra money and had the new rooftop heating and air conditioning construction done over a long weekend so that they didn’t have to send us all home.
