I flip houses for a living, however know what? I don’t have a home of our own. At any given time I legally own more than one, 3, even several properties, however these are just houses, they aren’t our home. The only real lake house I ever had was growing up, living with our folks. They still live in the same house, and I still love visiting them, despite the fact that I never settled down with a lake house of our own. I tend to just live at these properties, out of a suitcase, until I can sell them, and then all of us transport on. As long as I have clothes, food, our computer, some air conditioner, and electricity, then that’s all I need for a arena to stay, one day maybe I will settle down, however right now this lifestyle suits me. The only problem I have is when a home’s Heating and Air Conditioning program needs work, and in those cases I will sporadically stay in a hotel, and more often than not I avoid buying any properties that need substantial Heating and Air Conditioning work done, because it can get so luxurious and time consuming; Let me tell you something I l gained — it is easier and cheaper to replace the roof of a home then to replace a central Heating and Air Conditioning system. So 9 times out of a 10 the home with no cooling system is not for me. There have been times I have slept in our vehicle ,because as long as I have our computer and the sweet air conditioner, I can sleep almost somewhere for a night or more than one.
