I flip houses for a living, but guess what? I don’t have a home of my own.
At any given time I legally own multiple, multiple, even more than 2 properties, but these are just houses, they aren’t my home.
The only real cabin I ever had was growing up, living with my folks. They still live in the same house, plus I still like visiting them, although I never settled down with a cabin of my own. I tend to just live at these properties, out of a suitcase, until I can sell them, plus after that I move on. As long as I have clothes, food, my iPad, some air conditioner, plus electricity, then that’s all I need for a locale to stay, but one day maybe I will settle down, but right now this lifestyle suits me. The only problem I have is when a home’s Heating plus A/C method needs work, plus in those cases I will occasionally stay in a hotel, but more often than not I avoid buying any properties that need large Heating plus A/C toil done, because it can get so pricey plus time consuming… Let myself and others tell you something I l acquired — it is easier plus cheaper to upgrade the roof of a home then to upgrade a central Heating plus A/C system. So 9 times out of a 10 the home with no air conditioning system is not for me. There have been times I have slept in my car ,because as long as I have my iPad plus the sweet air conditioner, I can sleep almost anywhere for a night or multiple.
