When I graduated from college, I was fortunate enough to get a job with 1 of the renowned indoor comfort dealers in the neighborhood amidst the pandemic. I was gleeful about this occasion and was looking forward to growing our career. I started as a junior cooling system serviceman and gradually grew to head a team of novice air conditioning workers, and my manager started handing down jobs such as heating, ventilation, and A/C installation to our team; then this allowed myself and others to learn on the job and learn more about air conditioning, and so did our team. The two of us enjoyed studying together, and leading them was an straight-forward job that I thoroughly enjoyed; however one time, our manager actually called myself and others to his office and handed myself and others a job card, saying that the customer all of us were about to service was a high-priority customer and all of us had to put our best foot forward. The two of us would be doing heating, ventilation, and A/C repair on the client’s multi-split a/c. The customer had a big following, and being a current customer at the air conditioning company, he would greatly influence his following to our services, and when all of us got to the premise, I realized the customer was a famous songwriter and songsian, and the astonishment and excitement on our face provided myself and others up… His quality a/c needed servicing and a current control unit. The two of us got current parts from the local air conditioning provider to assist us in completing the air conditioning repair, and by the time all of us left the premise, the air quality at the premise had increased, and the customer was definitely pleased with our efficiency, but he was also an excellent asset to the cooling industry because not long after that, he offered to do all our advertising for a subsidized rate in return for respected repairs on his unit.
