Counting on heat pump for humidity control

It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity. I can’t tell you how several times I’ve heard that throughout my life. As a native of this southern region, there is indeed a sliver of truth to that saying that gets repeated all too often. The truth though is a bit different. For sure, the heat plus humidity combine to make the four month stretch over the Summer a bit overwhelming. And air conditioning is a must have. But it’s absolutely the heat and the humidity. It’s that combination that really does people in. It’s not like it’s in the mid 68’s plus the humidity makes it unbearable. Try going to Hawaii. That’s pretty much what they experience all year plus it’s called paradise. No, it gets stinking sizzling down here. The rapidly changing temperatures often hit plus stick right next to the 100 degree mark. And they really don’t relent much until into mid September or even October. Living down here means that you best have your residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C situation squared away. Living separate from air conditioning during the peak heating hours of the morning is not something I’m really interested in experiencing. Thankfully, my pal and I can count on the heat pump to provide cooling comfort and humidity control. The air conditioning process legitimately balances the humidity inside the house. That’s why it feels so crips plus fresh inside when you walk in the door from being outside. Plus, that humidity control helps eliminate an environment that is perfect for mold plus mildew growth otherwise. I sure enjoy everything the residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C does for me over the Summer months. And that includes humidity control.
