He was awesome. The guy was a complete professional. He showed up on time, completely organized and with a sincere smile on his face. It was obvious he loved what he did. I am thrilled when I find people like this. He spent a good bit of time just inspecting our home. The HVAC guy took lots of measurements and was doing what looked like some complicated math on his tablet. He then shifted to asking me question about what I want in HVAC comfort. It was so great becaudifferent se he was actually listening and factoring my thoughts into the models he would suggest. I told him I would like to have an HVAC unit that was twice as powerful. He grinned and said that while that would be great, proper sizing of unit to space doesn’t always allow for that. However, he told me the new models would feel twice as powerful as the one that just died. Finally, he collected all his materials and went back to his office. By the end of the day, I had four recommendations for a replacement in my email.
